Afirm Global was built for businesses that have outgrown the version of themselves the world still sees. Founders who know something needs to change but have spent too long with agencies that confused output with outcomes. Brands sitting on real potential that has not yet been made visible. This is the work we exist for.
Afirm Global started from watching good businesses get let down by agencies that should have known better. Smart founders. Real products. Brands with genuine potential being delivered work that was technically competent but strategically empty. Junior teams sent to solve senior problems. Decks that impressed in the pitch and underdelivered in the execution. Fees paid for ideas that could have come from anywhere.
We built this company to be the alternative to that. Not a bigger agency. Not a flashier one. A more honest one where the thinking is treated as the product, the senior team stays on the project from start to finish, and the only work taken on is the work the team genuinely wants to do well.
I started Afirm because I had seen the gap from both sides and knew what was missing. Before founding Afirm Global, I spent 8+ working at the intersection of strategy, brand, and design across agencies, in-house teams, and directly with founders building businesses they cared about. What I saw in every environment was the same recurring problem: smart businesses being underserved by agencies that prioritised output over outcomes, and process over judgement.
I started Afirm to build something different. A small, senior team. A model built around fewer clients and deeper attention. A point of view that strategy, design, technology, content, and AI work better as a connected system than as separate disciplines. And a refusal to take on work I would not personally stand behind.

The clients who come to Afirm Global are typically founders, CEOs, and brand leaders at a moment of transition. Scaling fast and feeling the brand starting to lag behind. Entering a new market and needing the positioning to hold up. Rebranding with intention because what worked at one stage will not carry the next. Confronting the gap between where their business actually is and where its brand still says it is.
