Transformed a 20-year local favorite into a scalable character-led brand experience

Happy’s House had history, recognition, and loyal customers, but the brand lacked consistency, personality, and a visual system built for growth. The goal was not simply to redesign the logo, but to rebuild the identity around experience, emotion, and place. Inspired by the energy of parks, family spaces, and outdoor culture in Chattanooga, the rebrand introduced a bold visual language and a central character, “Happy,” designed to create interaction across signage, environments, packaging, and promotional material. The result was a more recognizable, expressive, and scalable brand system rooted in real-world experiences rather than just visuals.

Reintroducing the Brand Online

A consistent social media and digital marketing direction was developed to bring the new identity into everyday customer interaction.

The content strategy focused on:

• recognizable visual consistency

• location-based storytelling

• product-focused campaigns

• character-driven engagement

• seasonal and promotional content

The goal was to make the brand feel active, modern, and memorable online, not just at the physical stand.

From Local Stand to Recognizable Experience

Happy’s House evolved from a long-running business with inconsistent visuals into a structured, character-led brand experience designed for real-world engagement.

The transformation created:

• stronger visual recognition

• a scalable marketing system

• a memorable brand personality

• improved consistency across physical and digital platforms

The goal wasn’t to modernize the logo.It was to give a 20-year-old business a future.
